Fully renovated ground-floor apartment in a quiet setting, just 150 m from Saint-Colomban beach, in a house divided into 4 units. It features a living room with kitchen area, one bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, a second bedroom with a 160 cm BZ sofa bed and two 90 cm bunk beds, a bathroom with sink and shower, a separate toilet, and a utility room. Cleaning is not included but can be arranged on site for an extra fee. Bed linen and towels are not provided; please bring your own. Events are not allowed. Electric heating. Large private enclosed garden with outdoor furniture and barbecue, facing northwest. There is no charging station for electric cars.
